50年だろうが70年だろうが切れてようが切れてまいが、著作権ビジネスに厳しい会社ほどリスク低減のために現著作者に連絡する。とっくにPDになってる映画をリメイクする場合だってどこに穴があるかわからないから何らかの「処理」はする。つまり日欧米で期間が揃ってようがなかろうが関係ない話。
